• Understand the philosophy behind equitable grading practices and how they support every student's growth.
• Reflect & Assess: 
• Engage with fellow educators to reflect on your current grading practices, identifying what works and what needs change. 
• Innovate & Implement: 
• Work collaboratively to brainstorm meaningful changes that can be applied immediately to your classroom. Together, we will envision a future of teaching that prioritizes every student’s potential.
• Support & Community: 
• Connect with like-minded educators who share your passion for equity and excellence in STEM education. Share your experiences, gain insights, and build a support network that lasts beyond the bootcamp.
